Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Superworth is made by Cedar Dynamics LLC. This page says what the Superworth app and website collect, why, who helps us run them, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Without an account. You can browse without signing in. The app uses a random install id so Ask, feedback and analytics work before you sign in, and our servers see the network details every web request carries, such as your IP address.
- Your account. Your email address, and your name if your Apple or Google account shares it. You sign in with a code we email you, with Apple or with Google, through our own sign-in service. There is no Superworth password.
- What you save. Watchlists, lists, saved charts, theses and notes. Your watchlist and lists are also kept in your iCloud so your devices stay in step. If you make a public profile, its handle, name, bio, link and photo.
- Questions you ask. What you ask Ask, the answers, and the name you choose to show in a chat.
- Feedback. What you write, the screen you sent it from, your app version, iOS version and device model, and any screenshot you include.
- Notifications. If you turn on alerts, your phone's push token, so we can send them.
- Usage and crashes. The app records the screens you open, what you tap, the settings you change, how quickly our servers answer, and crash reports. Once you sign in, this is linked to your account. It does not record what you type.
- Purchases. Apple handles payment and we never see your card. Apple sends us a signed record of your purchase and its renewals, so we know which account has Superworth Pro.
- Connected accounts. If you connect a bank, card or brokerage through Plaid, we receive and store what Plaid provides: each account's name, type, last digits and balances, up to two years of transactions, investment holdings and investment transactions, and loan and card details such as interest rate, statement balance and payment due date. We never receive your login or your full account and routing numbers.
- What you add by hand. Homes, other assets and debts. If you add a home's address, we use its ZIP code with public house price data to keep the home's value estimate current. We also keep the account list from any credit report you paste in.
How we use it
To run Superworth, answer your questions, send the alerts you ask for, fix problems and make the product better.
We do not sell personal data. We do not show ads, include advertising SDKs, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
What other people can see
- Your public profile and the theses you publish are public.
- Anyone with the link to an Ask chat can read it and ask in it. They see the name you chose, not your account.
- If you share your portfolio, the link shows your holdings by weight, and amounts only if you turn them on. It never shows account names, numbers or institutions.
- If you connect Superworth to another AI assistant with our connector and sign in, that assistant can read your Superworth data to answer you. Its own privacy policy covers what it does with it.
Who helps us run it
- Railway and Cloudflare host our servers, website and stored files (Cloudflare R2).
- Plaid connects your financial accounts, under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (its Claude models) answers Ask questions, drafts theses and helps us read feedback.
- ElevenLabs reads stories and published theses aloud. It receives only that text, never anything about you.
- PostHog receives the app's usage analytics and crash reports.
- Apple handles Sign in with Apple, purchases, iCloud sync and push notifications. Google handles Sign in with Google.
- Resend emails sign-in codes.
- ntfy and GitHub alert our team to feedback and track the fixes.
Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
- Delete your account in the app, under Settings, Delete account. It removes your account and sign-in, lists, theses, profile, Ask chats and money data, and disconnects your accounts at Plaid. Questions you asked in a shared chat stay for the others in it, without your name, and feedback you sent stays without a link to you. A subscription is Apple's to cancel, in your iPhone's Settings.
- Disconnect an account in the app at any time. That ends our access at Plaid and deletes that account and its history from our servers. You can also revoke access at my.plaid.com.
- Turn off notifications in your iPhone's Settings, or remove an alert in the app.
- Ask for a copy or a deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. It goes when you delete your account, and a connected account's data goes when you disconnect it.
Security
Everything between the app, the website and our servers is encrypted in transit. Plaid access keys, notes, home addresses, the names of assets you add, your private theses and credit report details are also encrypted in our database with a key unique to your household. More on our security page.
Children
Superworth is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
